Today, this is even more true, than even back when I wrote this. ~ By Sue ~ There was a time you complained to me How hard it was for you to keep a wife You failed to tell me all of the things you did Which always caused them to leave your life After being with you for a little while It was easy for me to see why you couldn't There are so many things you choose to do Alot of these things you do, you shouldn't My heart is breaking deep inside me To know I don't feel the same about you As I did when you and I first met Sometimes I feel so much guilt inside, too The love I felt for you inside, was so strong I never thought, it would turn out wrong 7-4-02 |

Sue, you saw the truth in the beginnings but wanted still, to enrich his life so you stuck through, thick and thin, and gave it your all to be a good wife. |

Sue, that first stanza speaks volumes! Remember those words when your resolve weakens. Keep the faith, dear one! Keep the faith!--and this too shall pass! Believe me, it will--even though it may not seem as though it will at this moment. ~ Sending you love and light Linda |

I can relate to this poem especially the ending. "The love I felt for you inside, was so strong I never thought, it would turn out wrong" Thank you. etoodog |
