Let me now…
Sweep the stars from
Heaven’s orb with
The wave of my hat
And capture again
jewels lost from heaven
When you came to earth.

Presenting them
one…
By
one…
As you sit and
sort for brilliance,
and size,to string
Them on threads
Of finest hope,
For the Moon to wear
In her nightly dance.

Let me then…
Wander in the vast
And unknown depths
Of your eyes
As I once again attempt
To touch your heart
with this simple gift
of love

Sunkissed... thank you. An old one written actually from a single line off of a TV show... it was the idea that captured me...and I wrote something to fit it..

Ron,

I have no problem understanding this one. It is incredible! And, creative.

This:

..."to string them on threads
    of finest ~hope~...."

Like that a great deal...

WOW!  very nicely done.

Warm regards, Pat

Beautiful, romantic and with stunning, original imagery.  Much enjoyed!

The stars will shine when I am gone,
the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn

Capt. Ron, this is so romantic. Of course, this hopeless romantic love's it.
