For I recall the cut of you, so well defined And I would catch the scent of you in crowded rooms A vintage gold, in silence it enraptured me to drunken heights In just so few, each opportunity to hear you brought to water Deep and dear like velvet on my ear, in shiver down my neck And I can merely tell you of these waves, for I am lost at sea If ever you were near, my heart would swim Drinking in oceans, overflowing salty streams At times escaping of my lips these thoughts that bathed the surface For I recall the play that drenched to bone my fantasies And laughter that we shared in simplest of terms and times Like water on the garden, or rain upon the pine in spring If ever you were near, no dearer than you came to be And I can touch the edges of a feeling that has filled my sails For I recall the man in every wondrous way...there is only you Copyright Kkh 12/08/02 |

Excellent! Soft, tender images--left me with a sigh--enjoyed! "And it was at that age...Poetry arrived in search of me...And something started in my soul." |

(smiles) Awwwwwwwwww, yay, this had me feel like singing in the rain, yay! (kiss on cheek) You always write such downfalls of beauty in your words and rainstorms of colors, sweet friend, I love this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
