I lie down and cry again; You looked at me and joked and laughed. Just base the future on the past …you really think I’m happy. I’m honest though with my tears, I couldn’t hide them this time. Your laughing though was not in line -It made me feel worthless. Maybe its all a lie.. Or did you eve see my tears? Did you notice all of my fears? …you act even more than me. When you laughed You went on and yelled All I wanted was to be held …My best just doesn’t please. Whatever then I’ll keep crying in my pain I’ll be the one to bear the shame …And then I’ll watch you laugh. - And so it was that time stood still - |

Time to pass that guy by, without a backward glance. Dust yourself off girl, and make yourself available again to someone who will appreciate you. Or, you could just hang out and pretend to NOT look, and let a nicer guy find you.  |

Its better to show a little pain, then to hide it all. I know I sure don't want to be one of the people hiding pain and hiding my ability to comfort someone else with it; and just laughing instead. But we can always learn from what happens to us and how others may hurt us. Thanks for the replies Always, GG - And so it was that time stood still - |
