“A GUITAR PLAYING MOOD” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Been wanting to talk with you, or perhaps sing a soft tune… Especially when you’re close, like you are this afternoon… Brushed the silk of your hair, kissed you on your soft lips… Gazed into lovely sensual eyes, traced you with my fingertips… But I’m in a guitar playing mood, as you do different things to me… Thought I’d play it for awhile, whatever happens, we’ll see… I picked up that sweet instrument, chords came from out of nowhere… Just getting with the feeling, you and I, this music, an affair… ~~~~ |

Sounds like your afternoon was a lot more interesting than mine was! The only hands I had on my body were those of a massage therapist--and that's a woman! haha Lovely poem. Think I'll go hug my guitar! EA [This message has been edited by Earth Angel (10-16-2002 10:56 PM).] |

Mingling strings even as we cannot touch.. my guitar slides in tune with yours attentively in tone and time .. sound-kissing before chords slip over neck and body toward a rush of song. Nice one Bill.... ~Hugs~ ~ Time has cast a spell on you |

(sigh) This is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I love it, now croon those blues and let the guitar reverberate through your hearts always with undercurrents of heaven! (big hugggsssss) I love it, sweet friend, this is gorgeous, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Bill, This is so sweet. I can hear the melody on the guitar as I was reading it. I miss having someone to play their guitar for me. I so want to learn to play, but I need to learn how to hold a guitar even before I can play one. hehe.. Dawn |

There are always the right strings to touch. Thank you. What light through yon window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. |

BC, I can hear your sweet music from here. Lovely ... Hugs, Marti Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. |

I think that I shall not see a guitar and its player in quite the same way again. Well-woven, sensual! Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Bill other than the few chords my dad taught me when I got my guitar and a few rock and roll licks a few friends taught me, I can't play the darn thing. I bet it sounds great played by you. Wonderful write. |
