The Scent of Christmas

Where the snowbird
rides the snow drift
and the sea has turned to ice
where crimson bows are waving
‘round evergreens so fine
you’ll find the scent of Christmas
in the clouds and in the stars
they’re there for ever-aftering,
I’ll meet you where they are.
