I remember that night In the wind swept fields, the thunder Storm clashing, the sky growing darker With my throat gasping with song Our thighs screaming And clutching to wild flowers Our bodies aflame, Caught in a turbulent rush of emotion Struck by lightning, We were shattered into a thousand stars Scorched by a mysterious fire, We set the midnight sky ablaze And there was no end to our passion Poetry is: |
