As I think back on this "Love" I've found I think of how we must be the most blessed pair around I'm found him to have a very good heart Compassionate, kind, caring, I could tell from the start I knew all these qualities that my "Love" has inside He is so sweet and loving, they're impossible to hide I'm so thankful, too, of himself, confident is he If he wasn't sure of himself, may never write, or read poetry to me For some men I've known through my past years If poetry was mentioned, they would have fears Thinking they weren't masculine, if this they would read Their self-confidence gone, realizing this, they need For my "Love", I've found, is very much masculine If he desired to, for this, he medals could win He has all the good-looks, to see on the outside, but the most blessing to me, is his heart on the inside (I got this idea from a thread Balladeer posted in the "pipTalk Lounge", about people not reading poetry nowadays) [This message has been edited by garysgirl (12-05-2002 01:56 PM).] |

Hey Nancy Lee... I typed it in behind the title, but all of it didn't show up, so I put it at the bottom of the poem. Sorry for the mix up. I fixed it. "Love makes the world go around" ~~with love and hugs from Ethel~~ [This message has been edited by garysgirl (12-05-2002 01:57 PM).] |

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Ethel, this is so sad but true, sweet friend, poetry is so avoided nowadays, for the government expects us to rely on the media and what we need are more poets as to create is also to establish new hope and hope to end the problems we all face with love! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is touching, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ethel, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
