I wrote this one about a week ago... You can tell I'm obsessed with her eyes, most of my poems about her have some sort of element of them in it... Believe me, they're like nothing I have ever seen before. Anyways, it's amazing what I can do in math class besides math. Into The Blue Out from the deep, And into the blue, I’m thinking of one thing: How I met you. Was it true what he said? That little voice in my head. Are you really the one? Are you really my sun? Are they true? Those eyes of yours, Of the deepest blue? Are they real? Those effervescent waves, That I can’t help but feel? Are they strong? Your will and constitution, For which I long? Are you really my love? Do you really entail All of which I need? Will our hearts set sail, Run off like some steed? When we first met, It was a dark gloomy day. You were simply “there”, Beautiful in every way. My eyes met with yours, and for an instant, just one eternally brief instant, I saw you. I felt you. I was you. I saw you for who you really are, I felt your essence of being, And most importantly, I was one with your soul, All during that one short eternity. And those eyes... Those deep blue eyes, the twin seas of truth, They were the catalyst That sparked my ethereal journey. Latching onto my soul, And dragging me in. What special powers do they hold? Where do I begin? They can’t be eyes, They must be magical sapphires, For you have cast your spell on me. They feed my yearning, Which in turn causes my pain—like burning And my emotions get tossed around Like a raft in a gail wind. Maybe some day, In your beautiful way you’ll say those words I long to hear: “I love you” |

Beautiful, They must be some intense eyes to stir up such thoughts. Very nicely done |

For some its the eyes, for others the nose, the hair, the shape. We don't always know why we like that particular attribute...we just know that we do...James |
