I can feel it pouring out of them
I can feel it in their smiles
It’s so pure and un-spoiled

Like so many memories of my own
The sort of feeling
That is warm even when it’s freezing outside

No fear of anything real
Only afraid of the tears that follow a mistake
But living for the moment

So mistakes have no significance
Just stay oblivious
And be the way you’re meant to be, happy.

Since you are asking for suggestions, may I suggest "Living for the Moment" as a title. When I read that line in your poem it struck me as a possible choice--and they are your own words!

I enjoyed this poem and the sentiments expressed.

Freeflow...

but does it need a title?
No.  It already comes from the heart...

I think the title you have chosen is very good, as is the poem.  Well done.  I enjoyed this.
