Of human longing: to rhythms of snow 'But' you asked for a story with happy ending Your loneliness plays my tears I sat on the floor-- gazing at your lips: "Watch the light whisper to broken glass" to memories of you {softly lingering} In my dreams: trees are moving playing in rain between heaven & earth covering meadows in silk {let me sleep, let me dream, let me be with you} I rise to the edge of water it touches my hands-- draws me deeper in gold and green ripples if you could feel me the tense quiet surrounds you, in shadows where I have been -- where I am now The wood has settled, the press of leaves begins the ritual etched in autumn light-- Where the dove mourns-- begins again the dream no one can enter Deep inside the stillness ........I can hear you speak You're still an inspiration ........To me [This message has been edited by Greeneyes (11-29-2002 03:36 PM).] |
