If when we close the distance there is stress our two throats knotted and our prose tongue tied will eyes revive our poetry's caress? How soon then will we know if we possess the passion we both feel we've been denied if when we close the distance there is stress Perhaps my fear's misplaced, so much confessed between the lines, on phones where we confide, will eyes revive our poetry's caress? We meet as strangers or we coalesce? Will speech be stilted or lips unified? If when we close the distance there is stress What of that instant when we both undress? That bed our island, all the world outside, will eyes revive our poetry's caress? In that first moment words will not express as mystery and fate at last decide if when we close the distance there is stress or eyes revive our poetry's caress [This message has been edited by RSWells (11-28-2002 10:59 PM).] |

(big huggssssssss) Oh Richard, this is spoken so wonderfully, sweet friend, I have these feelings and nervous energy too as I love my Joanna so much, who goes by RosePetal here at Passions, and we live 2,000 miles apart and we both long to close the distance and meet so much and to caress her face, the one I love! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all wish you the happiest Thanksgiving, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Richard, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Richard Beautifully done! Meeting a poet, one whose words you have breathed, a topic many can relate to. The form fit well with the theme. |

This is quite lovely, my guess would be that she has the same thoughts. But I agree with Mark--and I too hope you find a little bit of heaven to share in your poetry's caress--how absolutely beautiful that would be. [This message has been edited by Sandpiper (11-30-2002 08:54 AM).] |

This touches an area I'm familiar with. You do have a way with poetry. |
