They've toeragged Muys again today
She wasn't looking forward I'd say
I told you they'd forgotten one toe
Again to hospital she had to go

At inspection, the doctor had said
Oh Geez, I've done a thing so bad
I haven't paid much attention I fear
Forgot to straighten this toe my dear

You see you was the last one I did
I thought that toe was not a big hit
But I was wrong and you were right
We'll fix it up and make it tight

And so she went to hospital once more
Can't say she enjoyed or even adore
The thought of all that pain again
I'd pick her up later, they would call me when

Time passed by but no call from her
At five-thirty I rang and said: "Hey Sir,
Do you happen to know where my Mom is
I'm afraid her phone call I have missed

They told me she wasn't back there yet
But I could come and wait at her bed
And so I did, changed cars in between
Took hers instead of my van I mean

But when I arrived she had to stay
To get pain medication, another day
They'd put her away, but not in a room
Merely a closet for storage and broom

No bed was vacant, all filled up they said
I thought, my God, this is really bad
Nothing there, no toilet, not even tv
No fun at all where they put her you see

No phone at her bed to say "Hello"
I hope early morning they will let her go
No charge will be made, they said to me
Well, they better not dare charge her a fee!!!!

I think this will be a long night for Mom
I'm glad tomorrow to home she will come
Some stupid faulth by this doctor indeed
Takes fourteen days longer to get back on her feet

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

But look at all she'll have to write
of a doctor's neck in noose, tight!
Seems to me she should string him up!
for acting like a churlish pup!
