Crescent, ivory moon, please light
upon frail brow of trembling thoughts,
that can't connect, only collect,
as petals, dead, strewn on the ground.

Winter is death, I know its chill,
as rigormortis tries set in,
but oh, the days along the glen,
wildflower picking in the rain.

How fun it was to sit and dream,
of what we hoped life would contain.
Our clothes were soaked and we so laughed
and kissed 'til morning came again.

This is a very emotional composition. It makes you feel all warm and happy inside. A remarkable read, pure love.

Yes there will be tommorrow, but will you be there to greet it?

Everyone, thank you all so much.  I wish I had time to respond to you individually, but today I'm very rushed and won't be able spend much time online.   Your responses mean more to me than you know.   Thank you!
