I look out
over my past
over what ive been

my vision
now blurs
in my lost years

I must hurt
still in it
i dont  see

perhaps
but still
scars run deep

songs bring
unwanted tears
i cant comprehend

was love
the arrow
that blinds me

a girl
no longer
in my sight

or mayhap
death visited
and took my eyes

I see
the far beyond
and the just gone

Should I
Be Grateful
blindness spares me

without it
after all
i may see

Take a good look at my face
Well, don't my smile look out of  place
look a little closer its easy to trace
The tracks of my tears
