On A Journey To The Unknown

Her Drinking Partner
~ By Sue ~

She would sit there is front of the window
Just watching, waiting for him to come home
He would just barely get inside the door
And there she would be on the telephone

She could see when he came and went
Each time he pulled into the drive
She was on the phone calling him
We never could even have a life

For him to have a relationship
Is something she did not want him to do
This I could see so very clear
I tried to show this to him too

There were many times I had told him
Just pack up his clothes and go live with her
He always spent so much time there
I thought it would be much better

I know she must be happy now
To have him living there with her
Not only is he her faithful son
He too is her drinking partner

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Sue, this is so very sad, sweet friend, the people you meet and grow to live with are likely to change you too and it saddens me to see so much drinking happening there! (sigh) You speak of this disease so well, sweet friend, I am zero-tolerant on drinking and never want to think about beginning, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and ligt always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
