Doubt There is doubt in that mirror from words not received. There is silence in darkness that weighs come each eve. I harbor the shades of the rainbow's goodbye. Anguished at times, tears silently cry. If you look rather closely the eyes give away. They stare into space contemplating each day. It's a game, all this waiting, my dreams shattered more. Your words have lost meaning, as they have once before. There is doubt in that mirror, a break in the feel. A day long in waiting, the silence of real. I miss what is gone, the smiles of a face that could chain me in spirit and tie me in place, To be held in a trust, to bridge what is pure, to cross over time and be lonely no more. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

mirrors are put in frames it seems so that we might capture reflections and turn them into portraits... |

A time of loneliness can also be a time for "reflection". A place where we can get an overview of where we've been, where we are, and where it is that we want to go. You have such a talent for bringing the reader into your world. Linda |
