Love Is Like A Fragile Plant |

When couples are together and see each other every day Often get used to the other, not taking time to play They get so very busy in their every day lives And forget the importance of pleasing husbands and wives When they first met, each was the other's priority Forgetting about this happens to a large majority When doing this they are taking each other for granted not using time to cultivate the love that was planted Love is like a fragile plant for it to last and grow It has to be nurtured and strong roots it will show Never forgetting to let each other know the love you feel Not keeping it inside let the other know it's real So even though we get lonesome with between us all these miles Let's help our love to grow, in spite of our troubles and trials Putting the other first, so important should be If contented I'll make you, then the same you'll make me Our love will continue to grow, and this will change, not ever Of this I'm completely sure, we will survive life's stormy weather Absence makes the heart grow fonder, I've heard the years through, But this I think depends on, how strong the love betwen the two So, if away from each other, and we have to be apart Let us tenderly take care of the love planted in our hearts |

Martie, thanks for reading and replying. I'm glad that you and your "Hon" get along so well after so many years. I've learned from mistakes through the years, and so has Gary.
