It makes you wonder
When somebody lies
What they are hiding

You ask them ifthey have made plans
But they say "I dunno yet."
To go and read in their journal
(which they allow you to read)
That he was going off with friends for the morning

Then you think to yourself,
"He just told me he didn't have plans."
Which makes you think the worst of him

Makes you think
"Is he cheating on me?
Is that why he didn't want to tell me
The whole truth?"

I just want to spit
On his cheating heart

Cold hands means a warm heart

Julie, I think when someone says they don't know yet... that is exactly what they mean..that they may change their minds...or maybe it's the way the question is asked and the other person doesn't wish to be put on the spot. It doesn't necessarily mean they are cheating.

(big hugggsssssss) I agree, I don't think it is cheating if one is not married, and things always come up too when you least expect it and it can be tough but you must accept it, he may be a tad selfish but not cheating you! (sigh) My thoughts are with you, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!

I agree with Maureen, Julie...
Sometimes people really don't know and then they figure it out before they have time to even tell you...
giving someone the benefit of the doubt is always a good idea unless it happens too often
