The following link is to an internet news article about a possible new government agency to augment or replace the FBI's intelligence gathering function. http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story2&cid=564&ncid=564&e=11&u=/nm/ 20021116/ts_nm/bush_spy_dc_2 I had to laugh at this one. More jokes from the White House? Someone is seriously thinking... about creating yet another ACRONYM for intelligence another homeland insecurity watchdog. Tongues-in-cheeks? This newest addition will take up the slack, where the FBI, CIA, IRS, INS CNN, MSN, and all the rest left off, unable to function due to lack of adequate intelligence. Geez! I'm just going to go out and train another GUARD DOG. BTW, maybe they could call this new agency the HUA? email me if this one confuses you, I'll spell it out.  Yeah!!! You go girl! Frankly, I think a single German shepherd can protect so much more than that, for such a government like that "lacks pants" as a Spanish proverb says, and dogs don't even need pants!
