Soft descent of sparkling silence lay your blanket 'round me now, it's caress shall be as welcome as departed breath of spring. Lending respite to the torment fraught within this fevered brow, in one glorious still moment when all cares have taken wing. Radiant, reflective solace, in your crystal purity, as if stardust from the heavens has been visited on Earth, to re-new lost sense of wonder and the child inside of me, will this chilling pause soft tip the scales towards a new found birth, of rainment of the gods spread sleek o'er undeserving man, just to be a part of this, is more can understand. Midnitesun, Thanks, they are all "ultimate quests" aren't they, to express in words that others can relate to? Doc Denise, Thank you. You are so kind. If I remember correctly, you have a penchant for sonnets, perhaps Santa will bring you one for Christmas. Doc |
