And we, like fine wine, must wait the returning
Aged to perfection, a friendship, deepening
To follow through the chill as emotions winter
To hunger…

And we, to sleep, in the solitary caves of contemplation
Allowed distance, and searching, a love on firm ground
To follow in your footsteps, my arms around you
To thirst…

And we, to welcome with gratitude, the awakening
Agony in perfect pounding rhythm, sparkling and sweet
To follow in your empty heart, my own empty heart
To ache…

And we, to breathe the fresh air of the becoming
Aged to perfection, lovers, in heart and mind as one
To follow and revel in your laughter, and in your prayers
To play…

And we, to love a lifetime, without interruption, without end
A story in the deepening, the sowing of seeds so fragile
To follow in the images of dreams and fantasies
To love…

And I, to seek my very soul, uninhibited in your eyes
A deepening still, as you become my blood on fire
To follow where life takes you, and to be there
To share…

This has the flavor of a romantic vintage of
the finest.....

Posessing all the pieces needed to have a
lasting love...

As only you can express through your brilliant

This is as beautiful as poetry can get.

I stand in awe of your mind and ability to reproduce thoughts this great, in fabulous poetic form.

Oh, my....I believe this is the most special falling in long, lasting love poem I ever have or ever will read.

It doesn't get much better than this. Wonderful, creative, good flow and imaginative. All the ingredients of a fantastic poem.

Hope all is well for you in Michigan.
