Practiced you sit high above us in wordy concrete steps repeating selfish monolog of your sheer loneness and purest love words that have been practiced till they are art it is not the saddest thing that you really believe them in your head and you are so good at the act of playing your part but the saddest thing of all is you are loved by many and by no one at all I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you. |

ah.... indictment perhaps for one not so fortunate as to have been smiled on by the likes of you? Nicely woven...and perhaps something for us to think about personally... |

You describe the Mona Lisa.....What if it were all true and the hope of Love reluctantly abandon......would this not be sad? |

(sigh) I love the analogy Richard made with Mona Lisa, it is a sad thought and I hope that is not the case and the love is taken seriously when shared! (big huggssssss) This is heartfelt, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Very interesting. This is a poem to read and re-read and then, in my case, still be puzzled, but also pleased. I enjoyed this. Bob |

you are loved by many and by no one at all this is one of those poems that provokes insight even from the replies--so I'm just gonna shaddup and say "enjoyed." |

To be loved, and yet, not loved, is something that is indeed a rite. Thank you. What light through yon window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. |
