All the "good folks" were at Sunday service We chose to go fishing with a basket of Emmas' homemade loaves and a cheap bottle of "red" I lay back among the lazy Lilies admiring the stained glass reflections We heard the bass tones rumbling before we felt the need We saw the cork a quiverin shivering within our need Yea..we heard the timbre's tumble rumbling our needs be known yea we saw the curtains tumble down the esplanade... The psalms of elation Echoed down our valley, up the hills scaring up a soar of dove After, i watched as she walked into the water and held her hands out to her sides standing As a vibrant, golden, representation of that poor tortured soul so revered in town Then fell back, with splash into a baptism of "Self" Take a golden bath and sing and let you rejoice everything and nothing else will be your ware Singing hymns to that which was Aiyeeeeee! came cry of the grieved and moaning cast of the bereaved and just another serpent's tongue of hiss of wish when we were young Singing Hymns of that which lives and say that gods do not stare.. that where we are, is not a temple that who we are, are not sacred that what we think, is ours alone "yes, all the "good" folks were at Sunday service |

Yea..we heard the timbre's tumble rumbling our needs be known yea we saw the curtains tumble down the esplanade... The psalms of elation Echoed down our valley, up the hills scaring up a soar of dove ================================ As a vibrant, golden, representation of that poor tortured soul so revered in town Then fell back, with splash into a baptism of "Self" Take a golden bath and sing and let you rejoice everything and nothing else will be your ware Singing hymns to that which was Aiyeeeeee! came cry of the grieved and moaning cast of the bereaved and just another serpent's tongue of hiss of wish when we were young Singing Hymns of that which lives and say that gods do not stare.. that where we are, is not a temple that who we are, are not sacred that what we think, is ours alone ======================================= OH MAN!!!!! this rocks and it rolls me.... very very cool write you two.... *skips out of room singing*..... "Oh people, look among you It's there your hope must lie There's a sea bird above you Gliding in one place like Jesus in the sky We all must do the best we can And then hang on to that Gospel plow When my life is over, I'm going to stand before the Father But the sisters of the sun are going to rock me on the water now Rock me on the water Sister will you soothe my fevered brow Rock me on the water, maybe I'll remember Maybe I'll remember how Rock me on the water The wind is with me now So rock me on the water I'll get down to the sea somehow" Jackson Browne Rock Me on the Water No one has ever shown me how to see the world the way I see it now ... |

Just popping in to say that Ed gets all the credit on this'n. I just tossed a few words in there, but it's his concept, his inspiration--and I'm still amazed at how he put this together. gotta get a yeti! Thanks all...and to wranx. |

Ron? The funny(?) thing is, I now see parts to her that were unrealized before. Like peeling the onion of any other relationship. At present, she's a bit....petulant. See what I mean? *slaps head* Duh! Ed |

I always enjoy reading duets to see if I can tell what was written by each poet. This one flows so smoothly there is NO way to tell. It's a wonderful blend of the both of you! |
