As I start writing, while I sit here feeling sad and blue With tears in my eyes, for today I'm not seeing you I'm thinking about this amazing love we share And of how loneliness for you is almost too much to bear When an endearing thought enters into my mind Of how fortunate we are, this kind of love to find So very rare to have found a love so true This feeling we share is mutual between me and you So often someone feels love, enormous for another That's not felt at all in the heart of the other So as I'm thinking of this lonely feeling that we share This feeling that seems so awfully hard to bear I'm also thinking of how thankful I am, too That we have in each other a forever love so true Joy enters my heart, a big smile appears on my face And I thank God for you and our love He gave us to embrace "Love makes the world go around" |

Noah, I like the way you can relate to my poems. I like that song, too. Have you ever heard the one about "I Loved You From Hello", I think is the title. Also, there's "Baby, I'm Amazed By You" and "Forever Love". I could just go on and on. There's "Somewhere Out There", "When A Man Loves A Woman". Oh, Gary said that they wrote the new one that Travis Tritt sings for him to give to me..."Strong Enough To Be Your Man". Well, I'd better hush before they put us in the adult thing.  Yay!!! Oh my gosh, I love those songs, I am a huge music lover and like almost all types, except for loud heavy metal or music that is racially offensive. Shakira is my favorite artist, and Joanna's too, many American listeners have mistaken her greatly as just another Britney Spears wannabe. But she is so much more; she is an amazing poet, a wonderful goodwill ambassador in her home country of Colombia, and, because half of her ancestry is Lebanese, she is a great belly dancer. I just love her songs "Whenever, Wherever", "Underneath Your Clothes" and many of her Latin hits. I also love many of Marvin Gaye's songs, Sade's, matchbox twenty's, Celine Dion's, I love almost all music! (smiles) Yay, and I love all the songs you mentioned too! Me, too, Noah. Gary loves all different kinds of music, too. Some of our favorites are Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams, Michael Bolton, Phil Collins, and also lots of the New Country ones who are a cross between Soft Rock and Country. "Love makes the world go around" |
