Dueting as always your words stir me to a place of shadowing dueting to sounds felt known to the chosen few who can by nature love to the deepest depths and who pain to a higher degree so guarded and unguarded are these emotions we have that we run to happiness just to shield ourselves from ourselves lest we be reminded by the biting breath of frigid wind upon skin as we walk naked and unashamed that our feelings still give us away as beacons of flashing light to others that do not understand them I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you. Wow, Helen, this is really a wonderful look at the duality of love. Your poems always have such a soft graceful flow. |
