The world of sadness is beautiful But I am afraid The sky above is like The dress of a mourning queen, black satin with diamonds And when it rains, It rains the tears of my troubles, And all of the plants are vines, wrapping around my feet to slow me down. It is full of ghosts- The ghosts of my past, who try to bring me down. But if I stay In the world of my dreams, I don't need to come back again ~Wind~ you know where the world of sadness is [This message has been edited by Wind (10-30-2002 04:11 PM).] |

Wind, Even though this is a poem about sadness, it is still a beautiful poem. I like the way you wrote it. Thanks for sharing it with us. Love To All, Ethel |

Your world of sadness seems so real. You expressed it rather eloquently. Sending you a warm hug EA |
