As I watch you sleep,
     I wonder when you will wake.
I long to see the white of your eyes,
     Yet I long to watch you sleep.
Never will you look as happy as you do now.
     I see you smile at your dream,
And as I watch you,
     I long for nothing more than to
Stand beside you in your dreams.
     In your dreams, there is no pain
Obstructing your eyes from mine,
     And nothing bad can happen.
In your dreams we are free to do as we please.
     As you awaken, you look into my eyes
As if you are still dreaming.
     You kiss me softly and into your dreams we go again.

The reference to the dreams really gave this piece a far away mood to it. It was really cool. If my girlfriend falls asleep in my arms I can't sleep because i just stare at her and wonder what she is dreaming about.
