Standing In Silence...

I have to make a choice,
and I have to make it quick.
Do I leave or do I stay?
The clock begins to tick.

What keeps holding me back?
There is nothing I need.
I see so many bad things..
Deciet, fear, and greed.

I don't need all that.
I must walk away.
And not give some certain people,
another chance to betray....

Hmm...I like this. I really love the rhyming scheme. Geez, this is definitely an amazing poem. Nice job. Love's.

I liked this one, I went through a time when I had to walk away to prevent people from having the chance to betray so I know how you feel, nice work
