normally I write darker stuff, but I thought I'd try my hand at some nicer stuff.

any help is greatly appreciated!

tears of laughter running down my lips
kissing,loving
trading quips

spending half the night on the phone
just so you won't feel alone
a sholder upon which I've cried
carried my burdens, always by my side

coming along on visits home
and wondering how I'd lived alone
whispered "I love you's" between our lips
squabbles and scrabble, weekend road trips

and a hundred things I just can't name
no two moments are the same
and yet I cannot get enough
of your love- soft, yet tough

and as of yet I have not cried
in pain from you
have I died?

for something this good shouldn't last
if all I've heard is really true
but heartbreak hasn't come to pass
so maybe I've found something special in you
