i found that writing helps me calm down, ...a lot, so here is something that helped me vent the other day.

Damn these tears, little wet and salty trails of betrayal & weakness. Stay away, deep insde me, dont ever come out again, dont betray me. Meaningless little things, you dont do any good, you only cause more sorrow, make a pain even worse. You stupid little drops of betrayal are not worth all fo this. I hope you dry out forever, never having you betray me again, never letting you show others my weakness again. Silent but betraying you make things harder for others. You stupid tear, stay away, DIE!!

this probably seems kinda weird to most of you, but some will know what im talking about, so just let me know what ya think

I do understand how the tears, can "betray" you by showing others how you really feel, when what you want is to keep those feelings hidden.

Hello...and welcome!
I didn't really think that was weird at all...I completely understand what you're talking about. Tears do betray our emotions to the people around us, and letting others see that hurt or pain or fear makes us vulnerable. Its a scary thing, especially if you pride yourself on being strong and confident.
Excellent work...I wish my venting was this poetic!
