Trying to override these feelings The more pain I cause for myself The fear is in me Of finally letting you go Too much time has passed All the words you had said to me It means nothing anymore You said you cared for me Then why hurt me so I cried numerous times Just longing for you For you to say it’s okay Holding onto something that wasn’t there But yet, there was something But letting go of the past That is what I need to do You look at me with coldness in your eyes Before there was warmth, lovingness You led me to believe that you loved me Only, I was chasing a dream I held that dream close to me Hoping maybe, that someday You will make my dreams come true With one last look, I take the dream from my heart With hurt in my eyes and my heart I am finally letting you go I just kept writing stuff that was popping in my head, so i don't think this is one of my best work nor does it make a lot of sense to me. It could just be that i'm tired. *lol* Sorry ppl! |

l like, id.. it's good. kinda jumbled, but otherwise good. don't write when youre tired then@! hehe.. anyway, it's not that bad.. laurie. |
