Childish grins Warming embrace Silky skin Bright eyes Complete honesty whispers in the night you and me Half-asleep I roll over expecting my arm to wrap around her body was it real? The thought of it was as real as anything I'd felt remembering the dream makes my heart melt but the rememberence that it was just a dream makes it shudder and resolidify hardening a bit more each time. Somber solitude Hollow inside Only longing One tear To forget Until dreams Remind me again, over and over that I still think of her, that I still yearn for her. The solitude gives me time to think, to think of what could be, and what will be. This longing is eating me away as I slowly concentrate all the pain into One tear, forcing all the emotion outside of me to forget it.. Until dreams remind me again. |
