This is written for the one I love..Enjoy. Midnight has fallen, Wishes break; My wintry one... Beautiful star. I sense a change in misery. Devotion stays enfolded, Soft, Within my growing fears. I will dwindle, Somehow. And only you can catch me... You. I think I have faltered, Slipping. I am one. Away, away; Holding onto nothingness. Finding love, I am dropping slowly into love, Hidden in those eyes. I can't even see You. Who are you who steals my heart, Slight. Apathy drifts beyond the clouds Mingling in twilit terror. Who is it... What is this, which lulls me, Breaks me apart Wordlessly. I know one name, Spoken as delicately as the crystalline moon. Utter it Hear me whisper to the dark; I know who causes me to tremble. Shhhh... It is you. [This message has been edited by IndigoEve (05-17-2003 09:56 PM).] |

Aw I like this poem a lot... it gives me that silent moonlight fairy tale feeling... "Being grown up isn't half as fun as growing up; these are the best days of our lives" |
