Love is an angel an angel that pursues me she often likes to dangle her bait in front of me She digs in her claws they pierce like needles and cut like saws she injects her venom She entangles me with false promises she mangles me with deceitful intent She blinds me with her beauty and makes the world unreal her words falsely comfort me these wounds will not heal Love is an angel an angel with blackened wings though she is of evil pleasure she always brings I hear her enthralling voice and answer to it's call I'm pulled without a choice though I know that I will fall What would you do if you were me flee from love or run to calamity Whatever you choose be careful and precise for whatever the choice you will pay the price |

"She entangles me with false promises she mangles me with deceitful intent" I really enjoyed the imagery you used to describe love. Love is not always kind. anyways it was a beautiful write Tony.
