I'm that other voice.
The voice that screams,
shouting at you to bolt like
lightening.
Run you fool-
before he crushes your heart
and strings you along.
I know he will,
and so do you.

Oh, come on,
you don't want to be alone.
Look at him,
his eyes are honest.
Every shiver
down your spine,
is one step closer to
forever.

Don't listen,
just block him out.
When he says he loves you,
he's just really good at
pretending.
We've been down this path
before.
You know better than that.

He lives and breathes for you,
don't miss your chance to love.
He'd sell his soul if it meant
he could touch your bra; ditch him already.
Sigh. You know you have no heart all you want to do is keep her lonely.
It's not lonlieness, it's safety, she's stronger than she thinks.
Can't she be strong and in love? can't she try to be happy? Not all men are hurtful.
Mmmmhmmm, name one.
Well, there was this one guy...well, maybe not, he was the married one right? But there was this other guy, yeah, your right he tried to date her best friend. Ok, this is depressing, another Ben and Jerry night?
I'll get the spoon.

Just felt like being goofy.

Hey, I kinna resent that. Not ALL men are complete jerks, just most of us.

I was just goofing off here.
And a note to the guys ie.animo, I have a really sweet boyfriend, and I know men can be really wonderful at times- but even the best intentions can screw up sometimes, you'll have to admit that.
