Foggy Haze

I wipe away the fog of my past
The fog of my pain and hurt
This fog that covers my smile
And makes green grass look like dirt
It's hard to see through
Hard to go around
To a clearer sky is where we all are bound
Whether that is found or not
The true journey is going through
Messing up, Both me and you
We fight the fog through and through
And wipe away the fog of the past
Open ourselves up and let the clearer skies last.

Nice job..."The fog that covers my smile." Really liked that line...but nice poem!

That is soooo true. It seems that everyone is looking for there own clear sky. Yet sometimes it seems the sky is all to often grey...Great job. keep up the good work!
