It could have been, A cinnamon twist sugar kiss But instead… It had to end like this. Life got too hard? I know, I understand I’ve been stressed before And my depression flames were fanned. Why does God make life so hard? And I can’t believe we hail A being that stands and watches And always lets us fail. I’ve hated life before Now I look back and think God is no longer close to me For how far “He” let me sink. Religion is what’s wrong with this world It cause only war Just take a look at the Middle East You know what? I’m not listening anymore. (tears fall down my cheeks) The thing so many don't understand about religion is that the one thing we have in common is that we believe in a supernatural being and that we all believe in Him, it's just we call Him by different names! (sad sigh) Don't have to get so personal, this is so very saddening but true, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sam, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

This gets my vote. I love speaking and discussing religion. But you can't blame God for the problems of your life. God gave us Freewill and allowed us to stand on our own two feet. She's always there waiting to help us back up, but we have to learn to walk alone. Think of it this way, Did any of God's chosen have an easy life. The prophets, Martyrs, even Jesus. None of them had anything resembling an easy life. Kinna puts things in perspective doesn't it. I mean how much would you actually cherish anything, if it was all just given to you. I really don't like the greater good argument, but it works. We suffer so that we may learn. Only then will we be able to find our own personal heaven and enjoy it for all the hard work we have put into it. You have my vote. ex animo, Aaron IN NOMINE PATRI ET FILII ET SPIRITUS SANCTI |
