who i am is not me
what i am you cant see

want to let me be free
but i know it cant be

wouldn't be accepted
can only be rejected

the fear and the rage
beat against this cage

its not what i feel
this face isn't real

a mask that i wear
is ready to tear

i can accept my crown
i wont let me down

i can be what i am
no longer a scam

the real me is out
never had a doubt...

Very good! My favorite lines are:

          The fear and the rage
          beat against this cage

          It's not what I feel
          This face isn't real

I enjoyed the poem, except for some of the rhyming, it seemed a tad forced, but that's just me. anyways. i liked the idea of the poem. Keep writing.
