Am i wrong for trusting him?
for believing everything he says?
for doing whatever he asks me to?
sometimes i wonder if i am
he never treated me that good
but yet he still comes around
and still acts like were as one
but really were not
were not as one at all
why is he doing this to me
i want to be with him so much
but he still denies
denies me over and over
but i have found a resolution
no more for him
i am cutting him off
until....until
he starts listening to me
listening about my wants and needs
so he'll see what its like
what its like to be me
so am i wrong for doing this
or am i wrong for giving him a second chance?

I thought the poem expressed a very big problem some people have. They think that being with some one means living for them. Nope nope....... you don't have to do everything he says. You don't have to put up with him anymore. It's all a choice you make. You might like him a lot, but does it mean you have to disrespect yourself by putting his needs before yours?
What I mean by that is..... you're not a slave, and you live for no one.

Love doesn't only mean companionship and so on, it's a form of understanding. If he doesn't understand you, maybe he shouldn't.... and maybe you should just move on.

Decisions are interesting things. More often than not we cut off our nose to spite our face and burn ourselves in the process. In the end you've got to do what will benefit YOU as emotions seem to dictate what we can and cannot do.

You've posted a piece that I'm sure a lot of people will relate to in some way. I hope to see you around the forum but remember to reply as well as post. Enjoy it here.
