Today I Sit Thinking… Today I sat thinking of you Hoping and wishing you think of me too I know it may be just a crush But when I see you there my heart just begins to rush. I sit here thinking of you You are the one that makes my skies blue And the sun that illuminates my day I will be there to protect you if any danger or harm ever comes your way. You may be thinking that these are just words on paper That isn’t true!! I want to give you my ever-caring heart If you are sure that you want to be the keeper And promise not to break it apart. Well now the day has come to an end I wrote these feelings hoping to be more than your friend When tomorrow comes I will be thinking the same Hoping and wishing that you are the one to end my pain. |

I thought your poem was awsome!!!!!!!!! but be careful makeing a friendship something more. I did once and lost one of my best friends b/c him and i ended on bad terms. But the best of luck to you and hope something great works out for you |

hey- this is a very good poem. i get a different feeling from reading it than i do reading your other poems. all in all it is very heart warming. i bet the girl you long for would be lucky to have you. friendships with love are the hardest things to keep strong |
