Yeah, I know I've written a poem like this before, but what can I say? My A.C.'s always on my mind. I sent this to him a few weeks ago and thought about posting it, but I hadn't gotten around to it until now. Hope you people enjoy!

People ask me what I love about you
And so many things come to mind
There’s so much that I can tell them
So many things to find

First of all your beautiful smile,
And those gorgeous eyes so green
And the way you can quote a line
From every movie that you’ve seen.
The way that your scent surrounds me
When I put your sweater on
How very much I miss you
Whenever you are gone
And there’s the way you make me feel
When you tell me I’m all yours
The happiness you bring to me,
The way that my heart soars.
And of course those tender kisses,
That send shivers down my spine
The way you say, “I love you”
And tell me you’re all mine.
The way you whisper in my ear
And hug me close to you,
The way you put precision
Into everything that you do
There’s the way you give me flowers
And how romantic you can be
Every moment that we share
I record to memory
Then there’s the way you made me vulnerable
When you taught me to open my heart
And then you made me realize
That it was worth it from the start

And as more ideas came to mind,
I couldn’t pick which one to say
So I just told them that you’re perfect for me
In every single way.

hmmm...touched some heart strings there..I feel kinda akward saying that I know where your coming from but I guess I do..he can be such a teddy bear huh? Anyways wonderful write your love for him flows through the whole thing loud and beautifully clear. Hold that close don't lose the magic that you two have for it is a very specail thing

Ya know, in all honesty I usually don't like these kinds of love poems, but this in an exception. I really loved this one. I think it's because it was so detailed and honest and almost innocent. I'm sure ur boyfriend loved it!

ah yes, love in all its sickening glory that binds us to another. i really loved this one, brings back some not yet buried memories. i commend you on the excellent poem.

BLEH! j/k...I just really don't like love poems. And this to me was no different. You got get creative when it comes to love..its supposed to inspire..so they say.

Woah...I can't describe how much I liked this. It's definitely going into my library. It's one of those poems that just makes your heart cry...whether it be joy, or sorrow. Either way...beautiful poem. It flowed PERFECTLY. Wonderful poem.

i know lexy posted ages ago but if u]he§s readng this i want him to know if he doesnt like love poems why bother comment! if song_for_serenity didnt like what u wrote how would u feel if she dissed your poetry! sorry for writin this but it gets my back up, great write btw i really enjoyed reading it!
