"Our Drama" (31/12/02) © 2002 Brian Eggertsen, All Rights Reserved Verse 1 Our lines was all mixed up, The rain just wouldn't stop, We changed characters over night. The atmospher was wrong, We lost our favorite song, The usual nipping became bids. Feelings that once was still, Is now called shadow hill, One day the sun was just all gone. I had to change settings, Cause I lost all bettings, Right now we couldn't be more torn. Refrain Starring in our drama of brokenhartedness. And Hitchcock couldn't have written the script better. Breath taking, nerve raking, a thriller to the edge. Starring in our drama of crying forever. Verse 2 Begun splitting our stuff, Watching you cry is tough, But it's too late to understand. What I should be giving, How we should be living, Anyways it's outter my hand. We say we are alright, But Celine Dion is right, Singing goodbye's the saddest song. When pain starts arriving, They all say keep driving, Don't think none of us is that strong. Refrain |
