A spell she cast so dark and fey, A judgement full of echo fell, A grasp of ice inside the wind, To pull me down, to shiver free, To drown me down against her love, To drag me in while smothering, For ice to burn in waters pain, For life to prove its silent bane, For her to make a fool from me. A witch she is, A witch to me, Drown her now to see her float. No time she had, No time for me, Burn her now to see her dead. A lie she loved, A lie at me, Scatter ashes to make her gone. A buried witch… Solipsism saves us from the atavism of the Equalitarian. LTEvans |
