a long and endless journey |

A year ago I sat here, thinking of a way to make things work. And again, I sit here wondering the same, but a different person fills your place. Could it be that I like to sulk in the endless sorrows of life? Things are different, we are long gone, but not forgotten. This journey never seems to stop. The circle of pain remains stuck in my heart. The key is gone to unlock what used to be. The joy of our love was tested by far a tedious road. In the end, a year later friends we remain. The long and endless journey, has just begun... |

Welcome!! Very interesting poem, I like how you convied the ideas, and it seemed to flow nicely as well. Good job, and keep posting. "Be kind for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle" Plato. |

I seem to enjoy sulking as well, but then again, there's a reason that those who know me best know me as the master of self-loathing, though only sometimes. This is a really nice poem, Kirah, and only God knows why I didn't reply to it earlier. *~Rich~* Too strong to give up, to weak to move on.... |
