Staring I wish you would not stare, Unnerving it feels at least, Yet I can not look away, Your eyes are a vice, In which I am locked tight, Until I am drowning alive. Resistance is fine, The moment in time is stretched, I can not push you aside, Always I strive in vain, I will stand to the world, But then I fall to a kiss. Stepping the stones to your light, I find that I am looking at you, And my eyes are a muddy patch, To bury you deep in, Until you can see through me, Then I shall see time stopped still. Solipsism saves us from the atavism of the Equalitarian. |
