Interlace Stand broken and heart rent, Mirrored in limelight, With your heart on your tongue. Stand telling truth, “Dreams of an end pure, and true, I dream over dreams of you.” Stand feeling lies, Where inside my mind, Hate and matter must intertwine. Land buckled and half bent, Dropped like a toy, After being found irrelevant. Stand still in stasis, For their indifferent puppetry, Their ageist weave to the tapestry, That is lacing our lives to the cloth. [This message has been edited by LTEvans (12-16-2002 01:55 AM).] |
