My mind escaped my body
To be trapped within a fly
That will never do

Flying backwards I retreated
Before I touched any filth
A spider vision was next

In a web
A familiar fly I did see
Spinning my way back

A forked tongue I had
Looking at a spider
Looking at a fly

This reptile repulsed me
And soon I was myself
Sending a lizard on his way
With a very full meal

My mind thought how lucky I was
When the lizard turned to say
I am still hungry
For it seems
I forgot my voice
