How Could I How could I leave you at the back door your tall frame raining the way it does across my window where inside all my pretty pieces are coming undone You left your number to the dance on the card that I was sure I had lost long ago And now I am smoking again on something I let burn down to the nub so I could feel the burn and that was years ago in the flavor of lemonade and dare on meditation’s still I balance The smaller you get the bigger you become all blown up and exploding inside me as if your color could change the baize of me into delight so says the orb of light left on as the grass yields to the park bench how could I not |

"The smaller you get the bigger you become all blown up and exploding inside me as if your color could change the baize of me into delight so says the orb of light left on as the grass yields to the park bench how could I not"   (smiles) Oh Martie, this is excellent, I always love how you bring such grace to the smallest and simplest things and make it larger than life in poetry!
