ENLIGHTENMENT

When you
find a truth
be still
and let the calmness of it
seep into every cell.
You must not shout it out,
using it as a shield of
self-protection.
Neither can you fly it
like a banner
to boost your own ego.
For a truth does not waver
unless caught up in
the wind of vocal cords,
thus becoming obscure.
Allow each person
to find their own truths
in their own time.
Know peace when
you find one
of yours.
